In the area of HDPE pipe Fusion, PCC leads the way with the industry’s fastest, most progressive, and reliable equipment available.  Utilizing the first Fast Fusion machine in the state of Colorado, we are the first in the world to offer multiple types of Fast Fusion equipment as well as multiple pieces of each type of Fast Fusion equipment.  This allows PCC to produce fast, reliable, and consistent HDPE fusion welds and perform multiple projects simultaneously.  The reliability of this equipment, rigorous training of our fusing technicians, and the use of established and specific fusion procedures allows us to offer a warranty on every fusion weld PCC performs.

HDPE fusion has been a key part of our business for many years.  PCC utilizes fusing equipment manufactured by McElroy who is the industry leader in fusion equipment.  This together with incorporating the use of Fast Fusion equipment allows PCC to produce high quality fusion welds at a very high productivity.  The Fast Fusion machines allow us to produce approximately twice the footage as conventional fusing.  Our 18,000 lb. track mounted fusing machine is self propelled and able to travel on uneven ground while the operator is in an enclosed cab allowing him to fuse in the most adverse of conditions.  From 1” to 64” HDPE, Petty Construction Company can meet your needs and exceed your expectations.
